A Real Coverage Area, Not a List of Cities
Our work is concentrated inside The Woodlands, and it spreads out from there along the roads people actually drive: I-45 north to Conroe and Willis, Woodlands Parkway and FM 1488 west toward Magnolia and Pinehurst, FM 2978 and Kuykendahl south into Spring and Klein, and Rayford Road east toward Porter and New Caney.
Inside The Woodlands
Grogan's Mill
The community's oldest village. Original 1970s units are well past their service life and full-frame work is common here.
Panther Creek
Late-1970s and early-1980s builds with mature canopy, which keeps frames damp and pushes rot in older timber sills.
Cochran's Crossing
1980s stock with a lot of bay and bow assemblies in front rooms, where the roof detail is usually the failure point.
Indian Springs
Similar era and similar details, with projecting window assemblies that need carpentry as much as glazing.
Alden Bridge
1990s builds now on first-generation replacement or original units, with seals starting to let go across the village.
College Park
Mixed stock including Harper's Landing, close to the I-45 corridor where laminated glass earns its keep on noise alone.
Sterling Ridge
Late-1990s homes with arched transoms and tall stairwell glass — templated specialty units rather than catalogue orders.
Creekside Park
The newest village. Builder-grade double-pane units here are at the age where original seals commonly fail.
Carlton Woods
Larger homes with large glass areas and strict appearance standards, so grille pattern and glass tone matter.
Harper's Landing
East of I-45 in College Park, with its own housing mix and its own exposure to the freeway corridor.
South Montgomery County & Beyond
Shenandoah
Immediately south along I-45, a short run for us and a regular stop.
Oak Ridge North
Older Montgomery County stock with plenty of original single-pane glass still in place.
Spring
Large coverage area down Kuykendahl and Gosling, with housing from several different decades.
Conroe
North up I-45, from older in-town homes to newer subdivisions off the lake.
Magnolia
West along FM 1488, where lots are more open and west-facing glass takes the full afternoon.
Tomball
Southwest via FM 2978, mixing historic homes with recent development.
Montgomery
Lake-area properties where large glass areas and storm exposure both come up.
Willis
North of Conroe, covered on the same runs up the I-45 corridor.
Porter
East along Rayford Road and into the FM 1314 corridor.
New Caney
Further east, with a lot of newer stock now reaching first-seal-failure age.
Splendora
North-east along US-59, at the edge of our regular area but covered.
Pinehurst
West of Magnolia, wooded lots with much the same conditions as The Woodlands itself.
Panorama Village
A small community north of Conroe we cover on the same trips.
Klein
South down Kuykendahl into north Harris County.
Kingwood
East across the county line, another heavily wooded community with the same canopy issues.
Humble
South-east near the airport corridor, where noise reduction is a common reason to upgrade glass.
