About The Woodlands Window Replacement

A local window and patio door company that would rather quote three openings honestly than sell you nine. In-house crews, written flat pricing, and no four-hour presentation.

What we do

We replace windows and patio doors across The Woodlands and south Montgomery County — residential and light commercial, from a single failed glass unit to a whole-home replacement, plus storefront glazing for small business properties.

That is the entire business. We are not a remodeler who also does windows, and we are not a national brand running a local franchise off a script.

How we work

01

The estimator who measures also specifies

Nothing gets lost between a salesperson's notes and the person choosing the glass. The same person sees your house and writes the spec.

02

In-house crews, not day labour

The people who install your windows work for us. Flashing and sealing are where the performance comes from, and that is not work to hand to whoever is available.

03

Written flat pricing

An itemised number per opening, with the manufacturer and glass package named. It does not expire, and it does not drop if you sign tonight.

04

Covenant paperwork prepared for you

Exterior modifications here go through review. We prepare the documentation and specify units that clear it the first time.

What we won't do

This list is shorter than the last one and it matters more.

  • No four-hour in-home presentation
  • No price that drops if you sign tonight
  • No selling a full replacement when only the glass has failed
  • No invented licence numbers — Texas does not license this trade, and we are not going to pretend otherwise
  • No review counts or testimonials we cannot stand behind
  • No eleven follow-up calls after the quote

Credentials

Ask us for any of these at the measure and we will show you the paperwork.

General liability insurance

Carried on the business, with a certificate we will hand you on request.

Workers' compensation

Covering every crew member who sets foot on your property.

ENERGY STAR qualified products

Certified units specified to the Southern climate zone criteria rather than a northern spec.

NFRC-rated glazing

Independently tested performance numbers on the label, which we walk you through before you order.

EPA Lead-Safe practice on pre-1978 homes

Containment and clean-up procedures followed where the age of the house calls for them.

Written manufacturer and labour warranties

Two separate documents, handed to you on paper, explained in plain English.

Why The Woodlands specifically

This community is unusually easy to get wrong from a catalogue. The housing stock runs from 1970s Grogan's Mill originals to 2000s Creekside Park builds, and each band has its own failure pattern. The canopy shades some elevations completely and leaves others fully exposed. Covenant review has a genuine say in what goes in the opening.

Knowing all of that is what lets us specify the right glass for a given wall instead of quoting the top package on every opening. It is also why we would rather send someone out to look than give you a number over the phone.
