Commercial Storefront Glass Replacement in The Woodlands, TX
Aluminium storefront framing, tempered and insulated commercial glazing, and entry glass for small business properties. Scheduled around your trading hours.
Storefront glazing is a different system
Commercial storefront runs on aluminium framing — a system of extruded mullions and rails that carries large panes and takes far heavier daily use than any residential window. The glass sits in the frame with pressure plates and gaskets rather than a residential glazing bead.
Most of it also has to be safety glazing. Glass in and beside doors, and glass close to the floor in a public space, is a code matter rather than a preference, and tempered or laminated is what goes there.
We work on the scale small business properties actually have — a suite frontage, an entry set, a broken pane, a failed insulated unit in an office window. Not tower curtain wall.
What we get called out for
Commercial glass problems tend to be either urgent or long-ignored, with not much in between.
Cracked or broken pane in the frontage
Boarded glass on a trading frontage costs you more every day it stays up than the repair does.
Fogged insulated units
Failed seals in a storefront read as neglect from the pavement, whatever the business inside is like.
Entry door out of alignment
Closers, pivots and thresholds wear under constant use, and a door that drags gets worse quickly.
Failed gaskets and leaking mullions
Water tracking down the inside of a mullion means the gasket or the pressure plate has given up.
Non-compliant glazing near the door
Older frontages sometimes have annealed glass where safety glazing belongs. That gets corrected.
Frontage that dates the business
Reglazing an existing aluminium system is a cheaper facelift than most owners expect.
How we do it
The work is scheduled around your trading, not the other way round.
Identify the system
We identify the framing system and glazing method before quoting, because matching it is what keeps the frontage looking like one frontage.
Specify the right glass
Tempered or laminated where safety glazing is required, insulated where it is a conditioned space, matched in tint to the panes staying put.
Make safe, then schedule
If a pane is broken we board and secure the opening the same visit, then install when the unit arrives — out of hours where that suits you.
Reglaze and reseal
New gaskets and setting blocks rather than reusing tired ones, pressure plates reset, and the entry hardware checked before we leave.
The commercial corridors we cover
Research Forest Drive, Sawdust Road, Six Pines and the Town Center suites are full of the kind of frontage this work is for — professional offices, clinics, salons, studios and independent retail in aluminium storefront systems.
Many of these suites sit in managed centres with their own appearance standards, so matching the existing framing finish and glass tint is not optional. We check what the centre requires before specifying anything.
Commercial glazing questions
What property owners and tenants ask first.
Yes. Reglazing a trading frontage during opening hours helps nobody, so we schedule around you wherever the work allows it.
